On Friday, the main PVC futures contract 2101 of Dalian Commodity Exchange opened 6820 yuan / ton and closed at 6925 yuan / ton. The settlement price of the previous day was 6900 yuan / ton, up 0.36%. The trading range was 6760-6930 yuan / ton, with 246321 transactions and 276070 positions.

Within the day, the spot market price of PVC was adjusted in a narrow range of 60 yuan / ton. Upstream factory inventory pressure is not big, strong willingness to stand up, downstream procurement is more cautious, continue the status of bargain hunting; futures market volatility upward, strong pattern is not over. Domestic mainstream price, downstream calcium carbide method price is 7130-7170 yuan / ton, ethylene method price is 7560-7770 yuan / ton.

Changzhou market price consolidation, calcium carbide five type material spot quotation 7100-7250 yuan / ton;Zhejiang market PVC market mainstream quotation is stable, mainstream quotation is 7100-7170 yuan / ton; Guangzhou PVC market quotation is adjusted narrowly, calcium carbide method 5 type mainstream quotation range is 7230-7300 yuan / ton; Hebei market price is stable, at present, Hebei area 5 type material delivery price is 7020-7120 yuan / ton, Inner Mongolia supply includes The price of PVC increased by 6800-6900 yuan / ton, and the trend of PVC market in Shandong was improved, and the quotation of traders increased narrowly, and the delivery price was about 7150-7200 yuan / ton.

To sum up, the operating rate of upstream manufacturers continues to decline, and the cost of ethylene process manufacturers is on the high side. In the long term, there is a downward trend, and the overall supply side is still tight. It is expected that in the short term, the price of PVC market will be stable and strong.
