Description Of LABSA 96%:

Sulfonic ACID, a class of organic compounds formed by connecting sulfonic groups with hydrocarbon groups (including aromatic groups). The general formula is R-SO3H, where R represents the hydrocarbon group, is strongly acidic, and has relatively high water solubility. It is used in the production of dyes, drugs, and detergents, and there are various methods of production.

Sulfonic acid, a class of organic compounds formed by connecting sulfonic groups with hydrocarbon groups (including aromatic groups). General formula R-SO3H, where R is a hydrocarbon group. Sulfonic acid is mostly a synthetic product, with only β- A few sulfonic acids, such as NH2CH2CH2SO3H, exist in nature. The sulfonic acid group is a strongly water-soluble and acidic group, and sulfonic acids are water-soluble and strongly acidic compounds. The sulfonic acid groups in aromatic sulfonic acid molecules can be replaced by hydroxyl and cyano groups, and are intermediates for the preparation of phenols and nitriles. Long chain sulfonic acid sodium salts such as n-C11H23-CH2 are a type of Detergent that can resist hard water. The sulfonic acid groups in many dye molecules can make colored compounds water-soluble. Sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate can be used as a detergent.

Application Of LABSA 96%:

3. It is also directly used in various detergent and cosmetic formulations. Due to its stability in acidic solutions and good washing performance, it is often used in the preparation of acidic solution detergents such as toilet cleaners.
