Rutile type titanium dioxide is more sensitive to impurities. For example, if the content of Iron Oxide in rutile type titanium dioxide is greater than 0.003%, it can develop color, while in rutile type titanium dioxide, it needs to be greater than 0.009% to develop color. Therefore, choosing pure titanium dioxide is crucial. Secondly, the shape, size, and distribution of titanium dioxide particles have an impact on whiteness. The ideal iron white powder particles should be smooth and without edges, which will reduce light reflection and whiteness. Formula example: Mixing 40% titanium dioxide, 30% pigment, 20% resin, and 10% additive can make printed materials have high coverage and strong adhesion to plastic surfaces. In addition, by adding plasticizers, the wetting and adhesion of ink to plastic films can be further enhanced, thereby improving the printing effect and quality.

Formula example: Mixing 60% titanium dioxide, 20% pigment, 15% resin, and 5% additive can improve the corrosion and weather resistance of printed materials.
