Entering 2024, the price of PVC Paste Resin entered a period of rise and fall at the beginning. The quotation of suspension method enterprises skyrocketed, with factory prices ranging from 7600 to 8000 yuan/ton. Recently, the glove market has stabilized, and export orders have increased significantly compared to the beginning of 2023. Sample PVC glove enterprises have started production, increasing from 35.36% at the end of August to 46.54%. Foreign PVC glove restocking is the main focus, and PVC glove factories are currently stocking up until around the Spring Festival. However, the price of the seed lotion method is lower than that of the suspension method, and the price difference between the two methods is getting bigger and bigger. The delivery price of the seed lotion method is 7400-7900 yuan/ton. In recent years, the large coil terminal factory just needs to purchase, and the stocking cycle is relatively short. Almost all of them are used as they are picked. In addition, the foreign trade orders in South China are not as good as those in previous years, and the procurement cycle is about ten days.

Entering 2024, there were relatively few PVC paste Resin maintenance companies in the first quarter, and it is expected that the production capacity utilization rate and weekly output of these companies will still be at a high level in the future. In terms of price, it is also at a high point in the stage. The price of raw material calcium carbide has recently slightly loosened, with the mainstream trade price in the Wuhai area being 2900 yuan/ton. Production enterprises have flexible transactions, and there are occasional power restrictions, resulting in unstable supply. The delivery price in Shandong region is between 3280-3500 yuan/ton; The receiving price in Hebei region is between 3290-3300 yuan/ton; The receiving price in Henan region is 3250 yuan/ton; The delivery price in Northeast China ranges from 3370 to 3430 yuan/ton, while in Shaanxi it ranges from 3000 to 3050 yuan/ton. Strong cost support will not drag down the PVC paste resin market quotation for the time being.
