Polyacrylamide PAM For Incense Making

Attention:

1. It is advisable to use neutral water without salt and impurities.
2. Using warm water of about 40°, but not more than 60* can accelerate the dissolution of polyacrylamide flocculant.
3. When dissolving, sprinkle polyacrylamide flocculant slowly into the water, sprinkle too many sol clusters at a time.
4. Do not dissolve and stir too vigorously, otherwise it will easily degrade the polyacrylamide polymer. The stirring should be 100-300r/min.
5. The solubility of PAM is controlled at 0.1-0.5% on a dry basis.
6. How much is used to dissolve, PAM dilute solution is prone to hydrolysis, reducing or losing performance effects.

Usage:

1. Industrial wastewater treatment. The effect is significant especially for wastewater with neutral or alkaline pH value, large suspended particles, high concentration and positive charge, such as wastewater of steel plants, electroplating plants, metallurgical plants and the coal washing plant.

2. Drinking Water Treatment. Use this product to deal with raw water, which has advantages of small dose, low-cost, no secondary pollution, etc.

3. Paper making additive. It can used as dispersant of long fiber paper, dry strengthen agent, retention and drainage agent and flocculent for paper making wastewater, etc.
