Physicochemical properties: The iodine absorption value of this variety is 90g/kg, and the DBP absorption value is 120cm3/100g. Compared with N330, its structure is higher, the particles are finer, the wear resistance and crack resistance of the compound are better than that of the high structure and high wear resistance furnace black (N347) produced by the old process.

Specific use

1. reinforcing agent and filler for rubber products

2. usage and function: the reinforcement, wear resistance and tear resistance of this product in tread compound are close to N220 carbon black, and the extrusion performance is also good. It is especially suitable for SBR / cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber blend system. However, when using this product to produce tread compound, its rolling resistance is the highest among N330 series carbon black, which should be paid attention to in the formulation design of the compound.

Uses: Used for passenger tires, truck tire tread rubber, conveyor belt covering rubber, hose and various rubber industrial products requiring high wear resistance.

Usage and function: The reinforcing properties, wear resistance and crack resistance of this product in the tread compound are close to N220 carbon black, and the extrusion performance is also good, especially suitable for the combined system of styrene butadiene rubber/butadiene rubber. However, the rolling resistance of the tread compound produced by this product is the highest in N330 series carbon black, which should be paid attention to when designing the compound formula.
