Yuanping Xinxing Carbon Black Co., Ltd. was established in October 2020 and is located in Yuanping Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of 96000 square meters. The project with a total investment of 600 million yuan will be constructed in two phases. The first phase includes two production lines with an annual output of 50000 tons of hard carbon black and two sets of 6000 kW power generation units. The second phase plans to build one production line with an annual output of 50000 tons of soft carbon black and one set of 6000 kW power generation units.
Yuanping Xinxing Carbon Black Company and raw material oil supplier Xinshi Coal Coking Company are both located in Yuanping Economic and Technological Development Zone to achieve seamless connection of the coal coking industry chain.
It is reported that Yuanping Xinxing Carbon Black Company is a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Xinxing Chemical Carbon Co., Ltd. The parent company currently has an annual production capacity of 140000 tons of carbon black, including 115000 tons of hard carbon black and 25000 tons of soft carbon black. The completion of the project will further strengthen the carbon black industry chain in the region and improve the local carbon black production level.
10、 Shanxi: The environmental impact assessment of the 130000 ton carbon black and 150000 ton tar project has entered the acceptance stage
The Department of Ecology and Environment of Shanxi Province has accepted the environmental impact report submitted by Hejin Zhengfan Technology Co., Ltd. for the annual production of 130000 tons of special carbon black and 150000 tons of coal tar fine processing and comprehensive utilization project.
It is understood that the carbon black project is located in the New Coal Electricity Aluminum Integrated Industrial Park of Hejin Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total investment of 985 million yuan. It is planned to be constructed in four phases and is expected to be fully completed by June 2026.
Among them, the first phase of the project includes the construction of one production line each with an annual output of 50000 tons of rubber carbon black and 22000 tons of medium Pigment Carbon Black, as well as supporting facilities such as carbon black tail gas power generation boilers. The subsequent three phases of the project will cover the construction of four 1000 ton mixed gas high pigment carbon black production lines, and one production line with an annual output of 38000 tons and one production line with an annual output of 16000 tons of medium pigment carbon black. After completion and operation, the project will reach an annual production scale of 130000 tons of carbon black and 150000 tons of fine processing of coal tar.
