1. N110 Carbon Black: high reinforcement and wear resistance, suitable for tread and formula with high wear resistance requirements, but lack of processability, cracking resistance and heat generation;
2. N121 carbon black: fine particle, good reinforcing property, good processability in N100 series, heat build-up of vulcanizate is higher than N200 / n234 / n110;
3. N166 carbon black: good processing performance, is a derivative of normal wear-resistant furnace black varieties;
4. N220 carbon black: it is an early product of N200 series. It is widely used. Its wear resistance is between n110 and N330, and it can give the compound good tensile strength. It is suitable for tread and products with high quality requirements;
5. N219 carbon black: compared with N220, n219 carbon black can improve the tensile strength, tear strength and elongation of the compound, and has small heat build-up, high elasticity, slightly reduced constant elongation stress and wear resistance. When it is used in tread compound, especially in off-road tire compound, it can improve the tire chipping and cracking;
6. N231 carbon black: the constant elongation stress of compound is slightly lower, which can partly replace the groove black. It can give the compound higher tensile strength, tear strength and elongation. It is suitable for off-road tire tread and conveyor belt, and can improve the tire's chipping and cracking;
7. N234 carbon black: in N200 series, the reinforcing performance is better, and the wear resistance is better than N220. When it is used in the case of severe wear requirements, it can show its excellent performance, and is suitable for heavy-duty and car tires;
8. N330 carbon black: its wear resistance is slightly worse than that of N200 series carbon black, but the rolling loss of the tire with this carbon black is only greater than that of N351, which is smaller than that of other N300 series carbon black. It is widely used in tire tread, truck tire cord compound and other products;
9. N326 carbon black: low heat build-up and high reinforcing property, which makes the compound performance close to that of groove black without delaying curing speed. Its compound has high tensile strength, tear strength, wear resistance and anti chipping cutting performance, which is suitable for industrial products, tires (including off-road tires) and other products requiring high strength and low heat build-up;
10. N347 carbon black: easy to disperse in compound, smooth surface of extrudate, small expansion of extrusion die, abrasion resistance of vulcanizate, good anti chipping and cutting resistance, used for tire tread, outer layer of cable, hose, tape and industrial products, etc;
11. N332 carbon black: the surface area and colorability are slightly higher than N330, and the reinforcing property is better than N330. It can give the compound higher tensile strength, tear strength and wear resistance, and is suitable for radial tread, cross-country tread compound and industrial products;
12. N339 carbon black: high structure, fine particles, its compound wear resistance and crack growth resistance is better than n347, wear resistance is similar to N220, extrusion processing performance is good, but the rolling resistance of its tread compound is higher than that of N300 series, which should be paid attention to in the formula design;
13. N363 carbon black: its structure and surface area are low, the tensile strength and tear strength of vulcanizate are high, it is not easy to produce degumming phenomenon when used in cross-country tire, but it is conducive to the adhesion of compound to steel wire when used in radial tire;
14. N351 carbon black: high structure, coarse particle size, good cost performance, good processing performance, used in off-road vehicle tire is not easy to produce tire shedding phenomenon, used in radial tire is conducive to the adhesion of compound to steel wire, used in tire cord compound performance is equivalent to n326;
15. N358 carbon black: high structure, compared with high wear resistance furnace black, the vulcanizate has superior wear resistance and crack resistance.
